Every year fly fishing junkies travel to the beautiful Central American country of Belize for world class fly fishing on the flats.  Many of them are in search of the "grand slam" which means to catch a tarpon, a bonefish, and a permit all in one day.  Of the three, the permit is by far the most elusive and, in my opinion, the most beautiful.
